FEB 13 Pale garnet. Tight nose that opened up somewhat after two hours. Slightly spicy with firm strawberries and redcurrants nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, tight knit and secretive, even after six hours in the decanter, it haven’t really opened. Good length. 91

AUG 10 Bright ruby, pink rim. Floral, jasmin, strawberries, slightly spicy. Fresh acidity, again tannic grip, starting to let go it seems, good fruit, still a bit on the lean side, needs time for the oak, slightly hollow finish. 89

MAR 12 Bright ruby, thin brick rim. Jammy strawberries, figs, sweet plums and leather. Fresh acidity, tannins gone, extremely youthful for its age, lacks complexity, but very fresh, lively and youthful. 88
